Today seemed like as good a day as any to create my first “life” blog in a really long time!

After five long years at university (which was after 6 long years at high school, which was after 10 yrs of school before that,) today I sat what I hope to be my last ever exam!

Oh, I know, in life there are many exams, and it certainly won’t be the last, but you know what I mean.

It’s kind of strange to think that if I pass, perhaps I might finally be able to venture out into the world and find out what I’d like to do in life, not that I’m not cooped up in a classroom EVERY day of the week – Yet

…That’s right, don’t forget that i’m a teacher…

Ahh, I remember the days when I thought I would never have to get up and out of bed for school again – How naive I was!

I’m pretty sure that this is similar.

I was pretty worried this morning, …as the car decided to have its first breakdown on the way to my exam… Lucky for me the bus was just around the corner. Apparently it’s an intermittent fault, annoying!

Anyway, the exam wasn’t what I’d expected, as there was a lot more analysis and less definitions than I’d revised for, and the exam conditions were less than ideal.

So now I play the waiting game to find out if the past 5 yrs (and life, really, lets face it) have been worth while, or all for naught.
